As an educator, trainer, and coach, I knew how to hold space for others. But it took me years to realise that the emotional exhaustion I carried wasn’t from work it was from old, unhealed patterns I had learned as a child.
I was a quiet achiever, always doing, always proving, rarely pausing. Until I found myself overwhelmed, reactive, and unsure why certain emotions kept repeating like a script I hadn’t written.
That’s when I discovered the power of healing the younger self the version of me that had internalised beliefs about being ‘not enough’, ‘too much’, or ‘always responsible’.
What began as deep inner work soon became a calling. Today, I guide others especially working women in leadership or caregiving roles through a gentle yet transformative process of uncovering the emotional imprints that still shape their choices, reactions, and relationships.
